I am JUVY BACARISAS; a sales representative and marketing officer of WORLDIGITAL CORP, submitting to you and to your good company my proposal regarding our business informations in providing a “Preventive Maintenance Contract”, the average cost for the said contract service is base on how many COMPUTER & PRINTER UNITS you have - Vat inclusive which includes a total free of charge unlimited calls and services, monthly computer check up or visiting and one good thing about this contract is that we gave a full computer set and all types of printer cleaning done quarterly.

SCOPE OF WORK
Submit list the number of units to be contracted w/ inventory.
Check up all computer/s unit under the list maintenance contracted
Configuration and set up the operating system and other application program.
Submit all the service reports after repair.
Monthly visiting of the engineer with or without calls.
Free Cleaning of computers twice a year.
Unlimited service calls with no service charge (8/6).
On site service calls, pull out the units as needed.
Monthly billing of Maintenance.
