Portside Badminton Plaza is located at F.E.
Zuellig Ave., New Mandaue, North Reclamation, Mandaue City, Cebu,
Philippines. It was established last December 18, 2004 by Mrs. Elenita
de Manuel, a certified badminton aficionado herself, for her love and
passion of the game.
Portside Badminton Plaza is a high-ceiling gymnasium purposely built for the sport of badminton.
It boasts of 6.7-mm thick Taraflex sports surface mats and
sound-proofing ability that are popularly used in major international
competitions. Its floor structure is based on official Olympics and
International Badminton Federation (IBF) specifications to avoid
injuries and help the player’s agility and mobility on the game.
The sports center has 10 badminton courts for maximum playing capacity.
It has an air-conditioned lobby, ventilated shower rooms, lockers, a
restaurant, ProShop and an ample parking area for the players
convenience..
It is open from Mondays-Fridays from 1 P.M. to 11 P.M. ; Saturdays 10 A.M. to 9 P.M. ; Sundays 10 A.M. to 8 P.M.
